Filter Consignments


When viewing the list of consignments, it is possible to restrict the results based on some parameters.


Based on Date of Arrival


The list will be limited to only show consignments that have an estimated arrival date within the specified number of days back from today. The value can be 1 – 9999 and becomes effective when the Search icon is clicked/tapped. The default value used when you login is configured in your user details section. 

Consignments with a future arrival date are always shown. 



Based on the Search Criteria



The list can also be limited to only show consignments that match the search criteria. The search criteria is category specific. Click/tap the search icon to activate the search. Note that dates cannot be searched, and that the criteria data needs to be removed and the search icon clicked/tapped to return to a list of all consignments.  

Based on a Specific Criteria


The list of consignments can be filtered by a specific criteria and this criteria can be configured. On the Search on dropdown menu select the option Specific.
A window will pop up with options to create a customized search and to save it as described below: 
Enter search criteria from the available options, data value (1 and or 2), and set the exact match tick. 
Click on Search button to save the specific search and use it again in the future. 


The consignments can be extracted to a data file with the format CSV provided there are consignment extract templates available.
