An outbound cargo report submitted by a broker to obtain either low-value clearance or a consolidation clearance may contain multiple consignments.
Consignments with matching data for shipment leg 1 as below will automatically be included in the consolidation cargo report:
- Freight party (usually your business)
- Booking number
- Loading date
- Loading port
- Conveyance name and voyage (for sea freight only)
- Flight number (for air freight only)
NOTE: A forwarding instruction document also supports consolidations using the same criteria.
Export Declarations
A consolidated export declaration can also be submitted using the matching items listed above provided that the consignor name also matches across consignments within the consolidation. Also note that consignments that already have an export declaration will be excluded unless the declaration has been cancelled.
Note: For low value export declarations this option is not supported. Please use the Cargo Report option instead.
