Users who complete declarations have the ability to classify goods by product code rather than directly by tariff code.
Client Specific Products
Access client specific products by first navigating to Clients / TSW from Settings.
Find the importer or exporter client in the list and click on the row to view the details. 
Select 'Products / Qualifiers' from the Details window to access a list of the products.
Adding a Classified Product.
- From the list with the classified products, click Add.
- You need to provide at least the product code and description.
3. You can also complete:
- If the 'override product description' option is selected, then this is the description that will be sent on the declaration.
- A supplier may be given making the product use specific to this.
- If a tariff code is entered, then it will narrow product use to this. It can also be used to classify the goods when no tariff has been entered for your consignment product.
- An origin country can be entered, and this will become the goods manufacture/origin country on the declaration line when not already entered on the consignment product.
4. Adding Product Qualifiers.
- From the Classified Product Details window (shown above) use the Add option under Qualifiers to create qualifiers for the products.
- Qualifiers may be optionally added when additional details are required for a particular product.
Examples of qualifiers are:
- Permit references
- Exemption codes
- Dangerous goods details
- Declaration alerts
