Delete a Tracking Client


As per the Add Client Address section, it is possible to flag a client address as a tracking client. To delete a tracking client:


  1. At the top navigation panel click on Settings menu and choose the option Addresses under Clients section to view all your stored addresses
  2. Find the desired client address flagged as tracking client that you wish to delete. You can use the search filter at the top of the table. Click on the delete icon.
  3.  The following alert will be displayed informing you that this action will also delete all the products associated with this tracking client. Confirm by clicking on Disable.


This won't delete the client address itself, just the tracking client and its products. If you wish to also delete the client address click again on the delete button as per the Delete a Client Address section.
