Include Terms Page in Bill or Forwarding Instruction + Bill(s) Documentation
To include a Terms page into a Bill or FI + Bill(s) when viewing shipment documentation follow these steps:
- Make sure you Add a Bill Terms PDF.
- Go to a Consignment's shipment to View the Shipment Documentation
- The option to include a Terms Page will be displayed as follows. Whichever bill terms is flagged as the default one will be selected by default
- When you click on View Document for Bill or FI + Bill(s), the PDF will contain the bill terms at the end if you chose to do so.
