An inward cargo report submitted by a broker may contain multiple consignments within the report. Note that clearances cannot be requested/obtained by this function.
Consignments with matching data for their last shipment leg as below will automatically be included in the consolidation cargo report:
- Booking number
- Discharge date
- Discharge port
- Conveyance name and voyage (for sea freight only)
- Flight number (for air freight only)
- Submasterbill
- Masterbill (except where booking no is 'CCR', ie a carrier level cargo report)
Import Declarations
A consolidated import declaration submitted by a broker may contain multiple consignments for the same consignee and destination country and matching data as above for their last shipment leg.
