When documentation must always be provided to TSW for a particular product; the system has the facility to automatically attach a PDF file to the declaration.
1. Add the PDF file as a Product Certificate
1.1. Navigate to the Letterheads / Images page by going to Settings - Business - Letterheads / Images.
1.2. Select the Add option
1.3. Enter an appropriate name for the document, select 'Product Certificate' as the Type and then choose a PDF file to upload from your local system. Click Save to finish adding the document.
Important: Keep note of the name you have given the document as this will be needed for the next steps.
2. Setup a declaration alert that references the document that you have created.
