The new Billing tab is now used for billing requests and provides the following additional benefits:
- The client's TSW code is now displayed. Where your accounting system is integrated with FreightShare, this code will be used to identify the debtor. It can be changed if necessary.
- If there are customs charges then they are displayed but cannot be changed.
- The declaration certificate document(s) PDF can be included with the billing request for automatic attachment to the invoice.
- The current billing request may be held and recalled later to be submitted.
- A history of previously submitted billing requests is retained and may be displayed.
