There is now the option to archive the documents you add to your consignment.  Documents that are archived will be retained by the system for ten years from the date they were archived.  Documents that are not archived will be removed two years after they were added to the consignment.


Note: Archived documents do incur a charge, so a valid credit card must be provided for your business.  Please see the terms of use for the fee schedule.


To enable archiving, just turn on the Archive tick when adding a new document or updating an existing one.




Recipients of a note also have the option of archiving any documents attached to that note by clicking on the archive button for each document.
