Billing Requests

  • For consignments with a NZ export declaration, the Billing Request will automatically include the ETF cost (and for Xero the charge also). Note: for SpeEDI Sales users, Release 1402 or later is required to support this feature. 
  • Lines may be added to the Billing Request
  • Rates that are applicable to the client and shipment parameters (refer to Settings - Quoted Rates) can be added to the Billing Request automatically by clicking the Add Rates button

Shipment - Documentation
  • a Booking Confirmation document is now included 
  • a Forwarding Instruction document can now be generated independently of its Freightbill(s)
  • all documents now show the loading date for the currently selected leg
  • the close-off and delivery date/time on the Shipment page are now used in the relevant documents

Declaration Certificates now show:
  • the Customs exchange rate for foreign currencies on the invoice sub-totals line for imports
  • both the Sender reference and the TSW reference
