Enhancements

  • The intended purpose/use of the goods can now be stated as a product qualifier or additional information from the declaration sign-off.  This information is applicable to import declarations and tariff chapters from 2 to 22.
  • It is now possible to save handling instructions and recall these to display on freight documentation (from Documentation option on the Shipment tab)
  • Alerts can now be setup for products and displayed against declaration lines.  This change also incorporates the ability to have the system automatically attach product certificate documents.  For further details see help article How To: Set Declaration Alerts for Products

Enhancements

  • The system will now attempt to create a Xero contact for a service provider/creditor entered into a cost quote.  It also allows for a creditor code to be assigned to an existing Xero contact matching by the service provider name.
  • A new option has been added to Business Details settings to enable archiving for any documents that are added to FreightShare.  Note: documents returned by TSW will not be archived automatically.

  • Fixed the return button on the consignment details page sometimes not working correctly.

Enhancements

  • A warning message is now displayed before a cleared declaration can be amended.  This is to avoid the declaration being amended by accident causing the status to change and making the Customs Release document unavailable.
  • There is now an Add option when attaching documents to a declaration.
  • A PDF document for the inbound cargo report is now available.

Enhancements

  • When adding rates to a billing request, there is now the option to load the rates for a selected client code.  This allows adding of rates that are common to multiple clients.
  • Quoted rates now support quantity breaks based on the given units.
  • The tariffs format of the declaration certificate now groups lines with the same supplier, currency and tariff code together even when these have different invoice numbers.  This will make the document more concise where many of the same items have been imported/exported across multiple invoices.   The products format of the declaration certificate remains unchanged.
  • TSW clients for importers and exporters can now be configured with alert email addresses separate for imports, exports or quarantine (final/cleared).
  • There is now an Amend button on the Declaration Review window.  This can be used to re-compile a declaration once line errors have been resolved.

Enhancements

  • Premises are included as Client Addresses and the type of premises can also be stated. So when you select a premises in the various places in FreightShare, only the types relevant to that place will be listed.
  • Where a manufacture country has not been stated for a product, the manufacture country will now be assumed to be the invoice export country.  This applies to import and export declarations and export low-value cargo reports.  For import declarations, a preferential duty rate will only be claimed if the manufacture country has been explicitly stated against the product.
  • The Delivery window will now default the available at date/time for inbound cargo or delivery at date/time for outbound cargo from the shipment details.
  • Inbound cargo reports have been improved to support multiple consignment groupages for Carrier and Consolidation reports.  Empty container clearances are now also supported.
  • An other info code of PVL (provisional values) is now supported on NZ import declarations as an exemption code.  It is supported as additional information from declaration sign-off or as a product qualifier at line level.  This will facility will become available in TSW on 1st October 2018 for approved importers.
  • The order products auto-add facility now allows the package quantity and type as pasted data items.
  • The freight arrival notice document is now titled 'Freight Outturn Notice' once the shipment discharge date is in the past.

Enhancements

  • A sales credit note will be created in Xero when a billing request has a negative total charge.
  • Support added for a PDR qualifier to apply the preferential duty rate even when this would not normally apply (such as when the country of export and manufacture differ).
  • There is now more flexibility around how logins work for Xero to better support scenarios where some staff members have restricted access to Xero (such as Invoice-Only users).  A FreightShare admin user can now configure the connection to Xero and allow other staff member access to submit billing requests on behalf of a non-restricted Xero login.
  • A Transhipment Status document has been added for international transhipments to display shipment leg details and the TSW approval details.
  • The Declaration Certificate document now displays any Fees (below the line totals)
  • Declaration notification emails sent to the declarant now include the TSW agency code at the beginning of the subject line.
  • Declaration notification emails sent to the declarant or client now include any received statuses from non-Customs agencies in the email body.

Enhancements

  • Support for the relocation of outbound empty containers in the outbound cargo report.
  • The Forwarding Instruction document will now display the consignor as the shipper rather than the shipment forwarder where the current consignment has no housebill number.

  • TSW agency instructions are now included as a text file attachment with declaration alert emails sent to the declarant if the option has been set to sent alerts for 'all status updates'
  • The total amount payable is now displayed on declaration alert emails where the status is 'Cleared'.
  • The Delivery Note now shows conveyance and port details.
  • Sales credit notes are now included on the Xero billing summary report.
