In order to send declarations and cargo reports to your country's TSW system (border control system) you need to be configured accordingly within that system and the process for this varies for each country.

1. Update your TSW registration details

    New Zealand

Update your TSW settings to support B2B Notifications. This is done in TSW Online using an Administrator login.

The following article details the process:

     https://www.customs.govt.nz/globalassets/documents/tsw/tsw-online-guide-organisation-administrator.pdf

Refer to:  Section 3. Managing Organisation Details

Open a ticket in the Accord Help Centre confirming that the above has been completed.

The Accord team will respond when the TSW registration process is complete.

2. Enable the TSW EDI Service Provider in Settings (you will need to have Administrator status to do this). Go to Settings/Service Providers/EDI. 3. Under TSW line, tick the enable button.

If you don't have the Trade Single Window line displayed as below, then you will need to Add this line using the data boxes at the bottom of the window (enter your TSW code as 'Our ID').

4. You can now sign-off declarations and send cargo reports to TSW.

5. You can optionally setup your declarant PIN - for details see Setup your Declarant PIN
