Tracking Clients

For Freight Forwarders and Customs Brokers, an Address may now be flagged as a tracking client. A tracking client is typically a trader client who is not registered in Accord. For details see Add a Client Address

There are two main benefits of using this option:

1. The first benefit of a tracking client is that Customs Brokers can load and maintain the client's product catalogue just as if he was registered in Accord, as described in the Manage Trader's Products section.
   
   
2. The second is that Forwarders can use his Tracking ID (shown in the Client Addresses section and also in the View Registered/Tracking clients under Settings menu) with the SpeEDI Accord API (available in a future release) to integrate external systems with Accord's tracking status data.
