What's New

  • Consignment package and product details views have been refreshed.  These should remain mostly unchanged with minor differences to drop down fields (examples are fields for container or package type, currency code).
  • For a sea freight international transhipment, there is now an option to send the outbound as LCL or loose cargo for inbound FCL.

  • Customs tariff lookup can now be accessed directly from consignment product details with a separate button for product history.
  • The list of HS codes has been refined.

What's New

  • The payment method can now be selected when signing off declarations.  This replaces the Automatic Payment option.  The payment method may also set against the TSW client record for the importer.   For NZ import declarations, this may be used to explicitly state that payment should be applied to the client's (importer's) account or to cash.

  • For NZ import declarations, support for UK free trade agreement tariff rates effective from 31 May 2023.  UK added to code list for the PDR - Preferential Duty Rate qualifier.

What's New

  • Documents can now be attached to inbound cargo reports.  For NZ, there is a requirement for this when requesting DTR (domestic transhipment request) for sea freight containers.

Issues Resolved

  • Fixed an error on declaration compile when consignment data (product description etc) contains invalid characters such as formatting symbols.

What's New

  • From the next usage invoice onwards, the invoice date will be set to the last day of the usage month rather than the 1st day of the following month.  Nothing else will change in regard to how the transactions are billed.

What's New


   This is a change to resolve issues with emails being blocked by destination email hosts in some cases.

   You may need to adjust your whitelist to include these addresses or the mg.speedisoftware.com domain.

   Check with your mail provider or the person that handles your IT.

What's New

  • Business > Users (Settings) screen has changed.  An administrator user can now use the Add button to add a new user to the business.  Also, a user's status and accounts access can be modified by clicking on a row in the table.  For further details please see help article How to: Add Another User
