What's New

  • Logins have been transferred to TradeWindow.  A TradeWindow page will now be displayed to sign into the system.
  • Validation check added to import declarations for a container number when FCL or LCL is indicated (ie non-loose/bulk packages are present).
  • Help text added to the Sub-masterbill number field to help clarify when to use this and how it differs to the housebill reference.

What's New

  • An email is now sent to the declarant when a declaration is rejected after sign-off provided the option for 'all statuses' is selected on sign-off screen.   An example is: an unsupported type of attachment (e.g. an email file).

Issues Resolved

  • Fixed delete of a TSW client failing when additional information details are present.

What's New

  • The invoice terms (INCOTERMS) are now displayed on the sign-off screen for import declarations as these may be relevant when selecting the payment method.
  • For NZ declarations, lists for additional information and qualifier codes reviewed and updated.
  • The carrier's name can now be displayed on Freight Bill and Forwarding Instruction documents.
  • The freight prepaid/collect selection for the forwarding instruction document is now saved.  For direct shipments, the initial setting will be taken from the shipment tab (Freight Shipping Charges field).

Issues Resolved

  • Resolved an issue with the display of declaration lines not resetting the previous search after the declaration review screen was re-opened.

Issues Resolved

  • The declaration logs now indicate when the certificate cannot be attached to clearance emails due to no format being selected (ie neither Products nor Tariffs has been selected for the certificate format).
  • In addition, the Clearance email option from Notes will not allow the certificate attachment if no format has been selected.
