SpeEDI Accord Overview
The Big Picture
SpeEDI Accord (referred to as Accord) is an online platform to manage purchase orders and border clearances for international trade. It caters primarily for importers and exporters and their service providers, ie customs and freight brokers. Other service providers, eg carters, can also register by invitation.
Being a cloud based web application, it can be accessed from anywhere in the world and from any device or computer with a web browser including tablets and phones.
Accord is actively enhanced with new features and fixes without any disruption to users. The What's New section informs you of all enhancements and fixes or you can ask a question of the Accord team using the Submit a ticket option.
Login
It's free to register yourself into Accord and start using it.
Once you are registered in the system you can log in with your credentials at the login page

The top level tabs: are:
Orders
If you are a Trader or a Service Provider you can manage orders in this section.

Consignments
If you are a Service Provider you can manage consignments in this section.

Settings
You can manage your lookup datafiles, preferences and other settings in this section.

Xero
Xero is a cloud based accounting system. Through Accord you can initiate sales invoices and expected costs invoices, create customer codes and attach documents to your invoices.

Power BI
Power BI is a cloud based business intelligence tool created by Microsoft that helps you make better decisions about your business by analysing historical and current data. Through Accord you can decide what data to analyse (synchronize) and you can also view your Power BI graphs and charts.
