Support has been added to Accord for New Zealand users to submit the following different types of outbound cargo reports:
Export low-value clearances
An export cargo report may be sent for consignments having a value of less than $1000 NZD

Outward (consolidation) cargo reports
An outward cargo report can be sent by a forwarder to consolidate multiple low and high value export clearances into a single clearance.

Outward (carrier) cargo reports
A carrier may submit their cargo manifest by sending an carrier level outward report.

Outbound transhipments
An export cargo report may be sent to obtain a transhipment clearance

Empty container releases
There is provision for a forwarder to clear empty containers leaving the country.
