Enhancements

• DTC prohibited code added to qualifier EXM code list.  This is a new prohibited code for direct to consumer wine exports from New Zealand.

• Increased the width of the tariff code column on list views (e.g. Tariff Summary).  The full code should now be visible in the list.

• Fixed an issue with the product lookup from an order or consignment product line.  In some instances it would not allow a product to be selected due to an issue introduced in the 28 Sept release.

• A drop down list of supplier names is now available when auto-adding product lines into an order or consignment using a clipboard paste (replaces the text box provided previously).

Issues Resolved

• Resolved an issue with the product line auto-add into an order or consignment relating to the measurement totals  provided in the pasted data being re-calculated using the unit amount and quantity.  This could happen when a trader's product is matched and the data was applied from it (ie the unit amount).

• Internal improvements to processing of transferred consignments from external systems.

Issues Resolved

• Fixed minor display issues with the preview when using the products auto-add from an order.

Enhancements

• TradeWindow colour scheme and branding applied.  This should not affect any existing functionality in the application.
• The order when tabbing between fields on the shipment screen has changed (ports, dates, premises, freight charges).  The tabbing now moves down each column rather than across the rows.

Enhancements

• Improvements to linking consignment product lines to packages.   Packages are now automatically assigned a line number.  From the consignment product line, there is now a Packages Line field.  This is now a dropdown list of the available packages.
• Related to the changes above, the Packages Line can be set for all product lines within an invoice.  A Packages Line field has been added to the Invoice Details window for this purpose.
• Deliveries are now linked to packages by the packages lines.  The appropriate packages can now be selected for each delivery and the printed document will reflect these selections.

Enhancements

• For NZ import declarations and FCL containers, it is now possible to indicate that all containers are clean at the sign-off stage.  This means that the cleanliness may not need to be stated under Packages for the container or containers provided that they are all clean.
• A preferential duty rate (PDR) qualifier can now also include a trade group code (e.g. AAN, CPT).  In this case, the system will apply the rate for the given code rather than the lowest rate.  This change better supports scenarios where goods are exported from a country other than the goods origin/manufacture country.  
  
  

Issues Resolved

• Improved handling when Xero connection errors occur.  In some instances a 500 error could display but a friendlier message should now display and allowing a re-connection to be performed.

Enhancements

• Shipment screen enhancements:
  • Fields for the flight number and transport mode have been re-positioned.
  • When a flight number is entered, the transport mode will now be set to Air Freight and the loading date set from the discharge date if not already entered. 
  • For a new consignment, a package can be added directly added after saving the shipment details as the Add Package dialog will now be displayed.

Issues Resolved

• Re-added container clean/unclean field back into the tab order after it was incorrectly removed in the last software release.

Enhancements

• Qualifiers can now be applied from the declaration history as part of automatic classification when a declaration is compiled.

• Minor layout changes for the Shipment and Package details screens to improve data entry and the keyboard tab ordering.
• Declaration review screen enhancements:
  • Keyboard arrow keys can now be used to navigate between rows.
  • For customs brokers, tariff code errors can be fixed directly by clicking or pressing Enter on the cell to bring up the tariff lookup.

Issues Resolved

• Fixed broken link to NZ ports website when the info (i button) is clicked next to the port code on the Shipment screen.

Enhancements

• Improved the Container search option from the Consignments Summary page to allow matching using the first part of the container number.
• The current declaration line is now highlighted to assist when editing product details from the declaration review screen.

• Surrounding blank spaces are now removed from the container number when a package detail is added or modified.

Enhancements

• An indicator for Used Goods has been added back onto the consignments product list and is also now indicated on the orders products and declaration review screen.  Used goods are now indicated in list with the following symbol before the description.  The symbol is hidden for new goods.

Issues Resolved

• Fixes an error message that would display when changing a users account access to Allowed (from Settings > Business > Users).
• Since the previous release, the import declaration certificate incorrectly displayed details from the first shipment leg rather than the final leg.  This issue has now been resolved.

Enhancements

• The Consolidation option is now also available for export declarations.   This allows for linking multiple consignments for a single booking into a single export declaration.

Consignments must have matching booking number, other shipment details and the same consignor name to qualify for linking.  For further details, please see help article: Send a Consolidated Declaration for Multiple Consignments

Enhancements

• The consignment products tab now displays a column for the weight.  This replaces the column to indicate Used goods.   The weight will display in blue text when the weight unit is not kgm.  Hovering over with the mouse will display both the weight and weight unit.

Enhancements

• An option has been added to display the total gross weights for a consignment.  There is a Weights button on the consignment products tab to access this feature.  It will display both the total weight in kilograms for packages and products and the difference between the two.
